As the applicable store rule, a no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after the order is delivered.

For a clear pre-purchase understanding, return authorization must be obtained from support@nubycraft.shop. nuby bears the approved return-shipping expense for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, quality concerns, damage, defects, wrong shipments, and missing merchandise; instructions or a prepaid label will be provided.

In plain terms, the no-reason program excludes personalized products, clearance and Final Sale items, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods once opened. These exclusions do not reduce a customer's rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete.

As the applicable store rule, once authorized, pack eligible goods securely with included parts and the original packaging where reasonably available. We inspect the return and send an approved refund back to the original payment method, with posting normally completed by the financial institution in 5-10 business days.
